Interesting stories are abundant in our neighborhood. For example,  a deaf youngster Jamie Clark, son of former state senator Jamie A. Clark, started an internet service in a barn off Route 108 in the early 1990s and quickly made millions of dollars. Refer: As a matter of fact, I was living in College Park and visited Clarknet then with a group of deaf friends. If I bought a property nearby then, wow! It should be a gold mine : )My current humble abode was selling brand new for $250K in 2001. You should know approx. how much is the fair market value today.
