It is because recently there was a lady he sentenced to a program she kept asking to get pulled out of the program because it was an unsafe environment people are beating her up and stealing from her and more and judge Tucker told her either she stays in that program or she goes to jail for four years well two weeks later the people in that program killed her she beg for mercyAnd all he wanted to do is threaten jail time that’s why they want him out he has her blood on his hands and in my opinion if in Jax has been in there longer than 10 years it’s time to roll them out same thing with Congress and all the other corrupt government agencies

Ryan Parham was only ordered to do probation! Which we all know, you cant commit a crime while on probation. However, if you visit the site “criminal justice statistics ” you’ll clearly see that Only 344 out of every 1,000 sexual assaults are reported to police. That means about 2 out of 3 go unreported! Wouldnt a man of his stature and background be well aware of these statistics?! Instead he through a man who was soliciting sex from minors, back into our public streets.

Also look at the case of Ryan Parham. He was soliciting sex from who he thought to be a 13 year old girl but it was an undercover operation by the state police. I only got probation

A close and personal friend of mine is going through family courts, involving the best interest of her son. Which is all documented, she had a protective order in place after her Ex held a gun to her sons head. Social services was involved, he was served with a protective order. While under that order, a 3 yr old little girl came into his yard and he pulled his shotgun out and pointed it at her. Judge tucker was the judge on his criminal hearings as well! He was only sentenced to do a few weekends in jail and probation for 18 months!

Perhaps visit the robing room MD state judges. There are multiple opinions from people who were directly connected to him through their own personal cases. Michael Johnson? Your slanderous statement ” chester the child molester”! Ill assume youre speaking of Mr. Raymond Bly? Not only are your comments through allegation, maybe you should review case
    CLARENCE CEPHEUS TAYLOR, III
    v.
    STATE OF MARYLAND
Where a man who was found guilty for molestion was kindly sentenced to 8 years in prison… which all 8 of those years were suspended by Judge Tucker and Clarence Taylor was only required to complete 5 yrs of probation.

That sounds like Chester the Molesters truck. He’s parked in the Court House parking lots on nice days during the week. 30 years ago he was convicted for fondling a young girls breasts so the Court tends to not like him. So when it was an issue when his children wanted to put his wife into a nursing home and he didn’t want it to occur, the matter went to Court before Judge Tucker. Well, he lost, and now he complains.

At least this is what I heard.

It’s hard to know what is true and what is not. We never get both side of the story.

In any event, if one has to go to family court, its just a messed up situation, and perhaps it is best to default and move as far away from those people who want to resolve issues there.

Judge Tucker is a great judge and member of the bar beforehand. I have seen the sign as well as some hand painted signs on a car. It appears that there is an individual litigant who appeared before Judge Tucker with an axe to grind.

  8. I expect the sign expresses the wish of someone who has been on the wrong side of a decision by Judge Tucker. At any rate, there is no legal process for recall of any elected official in Maryland.
