A Review of the 2025 Legislative Session

The 90 Day Report is divided into 12 parts, each dealing with a major policy area. Each
part contains a discussion of the majority of bills that passed in that policy area, including
background information and comparisons to current law. Part A contains information relating to
the operating budget, capital budget, and aid to local governments.
