I have been advocating for a 5 trillion dollars NIB (National Infrastructure Bank). Now it seems the political climate will not get it through easily. So I am proposing an ECIIB (East Coast Infrastructure Investment Bank) to connect 11 states (including DC) to support infrastructure development.

The Deputy Director for Operations will be responsible for overseeing the internal processes and procedures of the agency and managing the day-to-day operations. The Deputy Director will ensure the effective and efficient administration of the agency.
